Got a question? Here a few quick things to clear up so that it may save you a phone call or an email.  

Why are poms sold individually? 

That is the industry standard.  Poms are all sold individually so that they can be mixed and matched.  If you need a pair you will need to order two individual poms.   

Why do custom poms take longer?

Custom poms are sent to the factory to be made to your specifications.  This takes a little extra time, but it is well worth the wait!  Most months of the year this will take 4-7 business days.  However in the months of August, September, and October we are very busy, so production time can take up to 10-15 business days.  

Why do we always refer to business days?

Production does not take place on weekends or holidays, nor does shipping.  So, when you are counting out the timing on the arrival of your poms be sure to only count Monday through Friday.  

Why do we have minimums on custom poms?

We have a minimum on custom poms because the machines have to be set at a certain number to run the machines.   

Are rooter poms custom? 

Yes, most of our rooters and shakers are custom made, and the minimum is 100 poms.  After 100 you can break it down to whatever number you’d like. We do have some quick-ship options if you need them fast, look at the quick-ship selection on the rooter pom page.

What is the difference between a rooter and a shaker?

Rooters are fan poms that are 500 strands that are 12" long x 3/16" width.  Quick-ship rooters are made with a 10" plastic handle, if you order custom made rooters you have the option of a 10" handle or a 5" handle. Shaker poms are similar to rooters but are a slightly different style; they have 512 strands that are 15" long x 3/16" wide and come on either a 13" stick handle, or the option of a coupom/tab handle. Both options are made out of premium American-made materials, here in the United States.

Do we accept purchase orders?

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.  We have partnered with Bongo International and we now ship wordwide!  When you get to the cart at checkout you will be redirected to Bongo's website to complete the transaction, there your shipping rate, duties and taxes will be calculated.  All international orders are final sale and we do not offer free shipping on orders internationally.
