Orders & Shipping Information
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Currently we do not offer shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Most in-stock pom orders ship within 2 business days. Custom pom orders ship after production.
Production times vary depending on product and time of year. Most custom pom orders ship out of the factory in 5-10 business days. In our peak busy season, which is August thru October, you may need to add a few more days to production time. You will get an email with an ESTIMATED ship date of your order, if we are not going to make your event date with that shipping date please call us, we may be able to rush your order. All production times and ship dates are ESTIMATED and are not guaranteed!
At this time we are required to collect sales tax for residents of Colorado and on our international orders. If you are with a school or non-profit organization we do not need your tax exempt form unless you are in the state of Colorado.
Poms4Less does not charge for your purchase until we ship your poms. If you have paid with a debit card your bank will secure/reserve the funds used for your purchase with an authorization in the amount of your purchase. Once your product has shipped the secured authorization will be erased and you will see the charge. With some banks you may see the authorization holding and the charge at the same time. The bank will clear the authorization charge once the system processes all new transactions at days end for your bank.
We do accept school purchase orders. You will be asked for your purchase order information when you check out in the payment section. After placing the order we request that you fax in your PO from your school to our fax number at 303-953-1496. If we do not receive your fax we will not release your order for shipping. The terms of our PO's are net 60 days from the invoice date. An invoice for payment will be placed in the mail the day your order ships from our warehouse.

W-9 Form Needed?
We are happy to send you a copy of our W-9, we can send it via email, fax it to you or you can download it by clicking on this link (P4L-W9) . Please ring us at 1.877.503.7667 or send us an email requesting that we send you a copy of our W-9 and we will get it over to you.
Shipping Confirmation E-mails
With all orders placed through our website we send a shipping confirmation email when any part of your order leaves the shipping warehouse. This email includes your tracking number for you to track your shipment. If you wish to track your package you will need to track it with your tracking number through FedEx.com.
WE OFFER FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL POM ORDERS OVER $200, shipping within the lower 48 of the United States. Megaphone orders are excluding from our free shipping.
If you wish to select EXPRESS shipping we do offer that service at the rate we are charged through FedEx, we do not up charge on shipping, so we do not negotiate express shipping charges. For express shipping you have the option of selecting standard overnight (next business day), second business day or third business day shipping. When selecting your express shipping options keep in mind that we ship in-stock items USUALLY ship next business day and custom items first need the production time to be make before shipping. Most orders are shipped out of California.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO'S, we must have a physical address for FedEx deliveries.
For smaller pom orders we may opt to ship to you via the USPS, in some cases they are faster and we reserve the right to elect that shipping method for you if you selected FedEx ground as a shipping option.
International Shipping - Powered by Bongo
We use Bongo International to service our international customers. At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
No Signature Required
We do not have signatures required on our shipping, FedEx will always leave residential packages without a signature. If your residential location is not secure, we recommend shipping to a business address. Therefore, if you are shipping to a residence and are not sure you'll be home, please consider shipping to your work address. We do not take responsibilty for losses in the event that your package was delivered and left and the address you provided. We do not recover any expenses if your package is stolen.
Unable To Fill Order
We make every effort to fulfill each order. However, if for any reason your order needs to be cancelled because we are unable to fill your order, you will be notified by e-mail. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to you e-mail to make sure you get our e-mail correspondence.
We strive to provide you the best possible quality, American-made, poms available. And want you to be happy with your pom purchase. However, all custom poms are made to your specifications for you specifically, therefore they are not returnable. If you ordered stock poms and are not completely satisfied with your poms you may return them for a refund within 21 days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all orders that had free shipping. The stock poms must be un-used and will be inspected upon being returned to see if they qualify for a credit. If the stock poms have been noticeably used they will be returned to the purchaser at no cost and no credit.
Megaphones are custom made to order and are not eligible for return.
Please follow these guidelines for returns:
- All returns must be made within 21 days and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- NO returns or exchange on custom made poms or on our "deep discounted" poms.
- We do not cover return shipping, but recommend using either FedEx or UPS ground. Refunds will be issued for the price of the poms excluding any original shipping charges.
- We make every effort to process returns and exchanges promptly. Return credits are usually issued within 1-4 business days after your package is received.
- Our shipping return address will vary depending on the quantity of items returned. If you wish to return an order you will need a return authorization and address that can be obtained by contacting us at email@example.com.
