Poms4Less strives to be fair and honest in its shipping rates.
Our current rates take into consideration the ever increasing fuel surcharge, residential delivery surcharge, and delivery area surcharge assessed by FedEx, the January 2008 price increases at FedEx as well as the May 12, 2008 price increase at the post office.
WE SHIP TO US ADDRESSES ONLY:
Shipping will be by United States Postal Service or by FedEx Ground, depending on the items purchased. Delivery should be in 3 to 5 business days from the time your purchase is shipped.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $64 for delivery to US addresses in the lower 48 states. To get the free shipping offer, please select "Priority Mail/Ground" as the shipping method when you place your order.
Please note: For large shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or other non-continental US addresses such as APO's and FPO's, additional shipping charges may be assessed. In such a case we will contact you with the actual charge for your approval before your purchase is shipped.
Orders of less than $64 to US addresses will be charged $6.35. Delivery should be expected within 3 to 7 working days.
FedEx is available for US orders, however, no free shipping offer is made for the use of FedEx. Three shipping options are available... UPS/FedEx 3rd Business Day, UPS/FedEx 2nd Business Day, and UPS/FedEx Next Business Day. Shipping costs will be assessed during the ordering process and are set to approximate the actual cost of the shipping option selected. Due to the excessive surcharges, we cannot ship FedEx for Saturday delivery.
RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be very satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 21 days. We will be glad to exchange it for another item or issue you a refund, based on the following guidelines.
1. All returns and exchanges must be made within 21 days and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. NO returns or exchange on custom made or our "deep discounted" poms.
2. We recommend using either Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx.
3. Refunds will be issued for the price of the poms excluding shipping charges.
4. We make every effort to process returns and exchanges promptly. Exchanges are usually shipped and return credits are usually issued within 1 to 4 days after your package is received.
5. In case of exchange, the exchange will be sent first class mail at our expense unless you request otherwise, in which case shipping charges may be assessed.
